Shipping
We deliver our products using services from third parties, mainly Deutsche Post / DHL. Usually (based on personal experience), the standard delivery arrives in 2 to 4 business days and Express delivery arrives in 1 to 3 business days. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be delivered using standard delivery. The first business day that counts towards delivery time is not the day you place an order, it is the next business day. We do not have control over delivery time and sometimes, delivery may take more time than usual. We try our best to process your order as soon as possible. However, we are not bound to deliver our products within a certain time period and take no responsibility in case of any delays.
Return and exchange Policy
You have 20 days from the purchase date (order placed on our website) to request the return or exchange (different size, color, design, or article having the same price) of an item you have bought. The item must have all the labels attached to it, must be in the condition it was delivered in (must not contain any damage, any wear and tear) and must be unused.
In case of a return, we generally offer a coupon. This means you will not get back the money you have paid for the item. However, we do provide a coupon code equivalent to the cost of the item, which can be used on our website. You will not get back the handling and shipping charges that you paid while ordering the item (regardless of if you ordered only this item or bought multiple items together in one order). Coupon code comes with an expiry date. The code has to be used before this date. In certain cases (e.g. damaged product, suitable size not available in other design/color, you do not wish to get a coupon), you can get a refund (excluding shipping cost). Please let us know if you prefer a refund. You will bear the cost of sending the product back to us. Once we receive it, we will process your coupon or your refund (if you have requested a refund).
In case of an exchange, you will pay for the delivery to send the item back to us and we will pay for the delivery to send you the desired (different size, color, design, or article having the same price) exchange item.

You may refer to the date mentioned at the bottom of this document (Delivery and Return Policy) to see when this policy was last updated.
