1. Shipping Information

1.1 Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on destination and item size/weight.

  • Standard shipping (refundable if you withdraw)

  • Express shipping (not refundable if you withdraw)

Tracking may be available depending on the shipping method and destination.

2. Returns & Withdrawal (14-Day EU Right)

As an EU consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period starts on the day you (or a third party named by you) receive the goods.

2.2 Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

2.3 Excluded Items

  • Items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened

  • Used, worn, or damaged items

  • Custom or personalized items

3. Refunds Following Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund:

  • the product price
  • the cost of standard shipping within EU

We will not refund:

  • express or priority shipping chosen by the customer
  • the return shipping cost (paid by the customer)

3.1 Refund Method

Refunds are issued using one of the available payment methods we offer at the time of refund.
(This may not always be the same method used during purchase.)

3.2 Reduction for Diminished Value

If the item was handled in a way that reduced its value, you may be responsible for that loss in value.

4.3 How to Return an Item

To return an item, please contact us. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

6. Undeliverable, Unclaimed, or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • non-collection

  • refusal of delivery

  • incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

we may deduct:

  • the cost charged to us by the carrier for the return, and

  • any additional handling fees

from your refund.

Alternatively, we can resend the parcel once the additional shipping costs are paid by the customer.
